Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities by working with them as we reach out to people in need; speak out for fairness, justice and care.
Family Day Care
Upendo Diversity Australia will engage, support, resource and inspire educators to work in collaboration with families ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
In meeting our vision the service will act in a professional and respectful manner, valuing partnerships, inclusion and diversity.
Our primary focus is always what is in the best interests of the child and in doing so we honour the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
An Inclusive Space For All
Diversity and social justice are at the core of our mission, and we have extensive experience in delivering services to the full cross-section of the Southeast Queensland community.
Throughout our history we have proudly worked with and have been able to provide support to the indigenous community living, both with disabilities and providing family daycare services.
Our multilingual staff partner with family daycare and NDIS participants from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
